Medusomyces gisevii L.: cultivation, composition, and application

چکیده

Tea fungus (Medusomyces gisevii L.) is a natural symbiotic consortium of yeast-like fungi and bacteria. Scientific literature provides lot information about the consortium, but it largely fragmentary. We aimed to review systematize on research topic.
 studied scientific publications, conference proceedings, intellectual property, regulatory documents, Internet resources M. using Scopus, Web Science, e.LIBRARY.RU, Google Academy. The methods applied included registration, grouping, classification, comparative analysis, generalization.
 described origin composition tea fungus, specifying microorganisms that make up its community depending place origin. Then, we reviewed stages fermentation cultivation conditions in various nutrient media presented culture liquid. Finally, analyzed antimicrobial effect number delineated some practical uses fungus.
 data this article can be used analyze or develop new for application gisevii. specified possibilities not only liquid also fruit body industries.
